Catering at Tages konditori och kök

We are happy to arrange catering for various events, private individuals as well as companies! Below you see two menu options to choose from.
If you have questions about allergies or have your own wishes, please contact us and we will answer your questions.
Minimum order is 10 portions and we need your order no later than 4 weekdays before the desired date.

Option 1

SEK 275 per person
  • Long-baked celeriac with herbal oil (60 grams)
  • Chicken drumstick in BBQ marinade (70 grams)
  • Srirachia Mayonnaise (25 grams)
  • Roasted cauliflower puree with garlic & browned butter (70 grams)
  • Cold-cut roast beef (80 grams)
  • Lemon marinated carrot with roasted sesame & parsley (100 grams)
  • Potato salad with spring onion, apple, red onion & herb vinaigrette (150 grams)
  • Freshly baked bread from our bakery (40 grams)
  • Garlic & parsley butter (10 grams)

  • Skagen mash with prawns & dill (45 grams)
  • Cold-cut smoked meat (70 grams)
  • Hot smoked salmon with roasted pink pepper (50 grams)

  • Rum sauce with red onion & herbs (60 grams)
  • Roasted beets with cheese & flake salt (70 grams)
  • Brie cheese with honey & roasted seeds (30 grams)
  • Berry chutney (20 grams)
  • Green salad with radishes & primroses (60 grams)
  • Potato gratin with Västerbotten cheese (95 grams)
  • Durum bread (40 grams)

  • Choose between potato gratin or potato salad

Student menu / summer menu

SEK 225:- per person (with delivery within Östersund SEK 300)

Placed on disposable trays and delivered cold

  • Potato salad with spring onion, red onion, sun-dried tomato, honey, mustard and mayonnaise (150 grams)
  • Västebotten cheese pie with rum, red onion & creme fraiche (80 grams)
  • Canapés
  • Horseradish cream with chives & smoked alder shavings on thin bread (45 grams)
  • Mini Skagen mash on rye (45 grams)
  • Skewer
  • Chicken with bbq glaze (100 grams)
  • Beef skewer with herbs (80 grams)
  • Fruit plate with melon, strawberries, grapes and orange as well as brie cheese and blue cheese, air-dried ham & roasted seeds (80 grams)
  • Focaccia from our bakery (70 grams)
  • Butter (10 grams)
  • Feta cheese cream (40 grams)
  • Green salad with tomato, cucumber and herb vinaigrette (50 grams)
     
    The menu is estimated at around 750 grams of food per person
